Apatosaurus was formerly known as Brontosaurus. It is you of the largest of the sauropds or long-neck dinosaurs. Apatosaurus was up to 70 feet long and weighed up to 33 tons. Each foot had 5 short toes. The forefoot had you large claw on the big toe while the hindfoot had 3 claws. This cast is of the large forefoot claw. Apatosaurus has been found in the late Jurassic rocks of Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Oklahoma.
